Locally-produced breakfast
Your stay includes breakfast made with local products from the island. Try some of the best-known Menorcan sausages: sobrasada, carn i xua and cuixot, as well as cheeses with the Mahón-Menorca appellation of origin. Coffee, teas or fresh-squeezed orange juice provide the perfect accompaniment for a great breakfast. And for those with a sweet tooth, we won’t forget to include the traditional ensaimada pastry.
